Salary Statistics

With the help of our detailed salary statistics, you will be well prepared for your next salary negotiation or dialogue and be able to propose a reasonable and appropriate salary increase. If you are considering a career change, you can use the salary statistics to understand the salary landscape in another industry with the help of accurately benchmarked salaries.

Akavia is part of Saco, the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations, which means that members have access to Sweden's largest salary statistics database for university-educated employees. The Saco Salary Search database allows you to compare your salary with over 370,000 other professionals in Sweden. The statistics are updated annually based on salary surveys and information from employers.

The salary statistics include relevant data for your profession, down to the individual level. Compare your salary with others with the same education, profession, position, role, sector, gender, graduation year and more. All industries where university-qualified professionals work are represented in the statistics.

The database is exclusive to members and contains Sweden's most detailed salary statistics for university-educated professionals. The salary statistics can be displayed in tables and/or diagrams, and you can also export the data to a PDF file. The salary statistics can be used in two ways:

  • Simple search for a quick overview of the salary situation for your professional group
  • Advanced search, where you can delve into all the data in the database.
